CUSTOM APPAREL / PRIVATE LABEL / INTERNATIONAL B2B
ANSWERS / BEFORE YOU ENQUIRE
A practical starting point for your custom manufacturing, private label or wholesale enquiry.
This is our business-to-business enquiry website for clothing brands, retailers, wholesalers and organisations sourcing apparel. Retail orders are handled separately through our marketplace channels.
Minimum order quantity is negotiable and confirmed in your quote. Share your target quantity and size breakdown with us.
Include a sample request in your enquiry. Sample availability, development costs, delivery and any revisions will be confirmed before work begins.
Ask us about private labels, OEM production and wholesale supply. Share your artwork and branding requirements so that the appropriate options can be reviewed.
Include the garment type, estimated quantity, size range, preferred fabric or weight, artwork, destination and target date. A tech pack is helpful; if you do not have one, describe your idea and include reference images.
Timing depends on product development, material availability, sampling, order size and the approved specification. Your quotation will explain the proposed production schedule.
Yes. We welcome enquiries from the USA, UK, EU, Australia and other markets worldwide. Shipping options and destination requirements are confirmed for each order.
Each project is quoted individually. The written quotation should identify the currency, production cost, shipping arrangement and any separately payable taxes or duties.
Use the enquiry form to discuss confidentiality requirements first. Share artwork or a tech pack only once you are comfortable with the agreed handling arrangements.
LET’S MAKE IT YOURS
Tell us what you are planning. We will help define the product, customisation and next steps.
A reference photograph is a starting point. Share the features you need, measurements and changes from the reference. Fabric, construction and development scope are agreed through the brief and sample process.
Tell us the composition, weight, texture and hand feel you prefer. Availability and the suitability of a fabric for your garment or decoration are reviewed for the project.
Custom size ranges can be discussed. A size chart, grade rules and required quantities per size help define the specification; the final measurements are approved for the order.
Share artwork, dimensions, colours and placement. Suitable decoration methods depend on fabric and design, and are confirmed in the quotation and sample if applicable.
Include your logo files, label content, hang tags, size stickers, bag or carton requirements in the enquiry. Availability and costs are confirmed per project.
Send clear references and a written description of fit, fabric, size range, quantity and brand details. We can discuss what needs defining before a sample or quote.
Review the agreed sample against measurements, fabric, colour, stitching and artwork placement. Record revisions in writing and confirm the final approved specification before bulk production.
MOQ is negotiable. It depends on the style and specification, so share your target pieces per style and colour for a project-specific quote.
Images are style references. Colours, fabrics, measurements, decoration and packing are tailored through your approved order specification.
The quotation and delivery terms should identify who is responsible for freight, clearance, import duties and destination taxes. These vary by order and market.
You can request a preferred carrier. Availability, cost and the chosen service are confirmed for your destination; carrier names on the shipping page are examples, not a guarantee.
Email info@vestigeapparelz.com with your order reference, description and clear photos. Any inspection, return or remedy follows the written order terms.
