CUSTOM APPAREL
Bring your design, reference image or tech pack. We will review the garment, construction and branding requirements with you.
Use garment references to discuss silhouette, finishing and how pieces work together. The photographs below show product design references from our uploaded collection.
Start with the shape and collection you want to create.
Define fit, collar, fabric and decoration placements.
Plan matching tops and bottoms around one approved brief.
Manufacturing details are discussed for each project.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
A strong product begins with a clear specification. Fit, fabric, stitching, artwork and finishing should work together around the purpose of your collection.
Tell us what you already have and where you need guidance. Sampling, minimum quantities, development costs and timing are discussed before you commit.
BUILD YOUR BRIEF

Brand labels, care information, swing tags and packing instructions.
LET’S MAKE IT YOURS
Tell us what you are planning. We will help define the product, customisation and next steps.
Every project starts with the garment you want, who it is for, how it should fit and what makes it yours. Reference images help, but a written specification keeps sampling and production aligned.
Fabric choice changes the garment’s drape, comfort, weight and decoration options. Tell us whether you want jersey, piqué, fleece, knit or another construction. Share a physical sample or visual reference where possible.
Agree composition, GSM, stretch, texture, colour and any performance requirements in the quotation and approved specification. Availability depends on the project.
Translate the brief into measurements and construction details. A tech pack or size chart helps; a reference garment should be accompanied by notes about what must change.
Discuss fit, grading across the size range, seam placement, collar or hood shape, pockets, hems, closures and measurement tolerances before approving a sample.
Sampling lets you review fabric, hand feel, measurements, finish and branding before a bulk order. Sample availability, cost and timing are confirmed in your quote.
Review the sample against the agreed measurement chart. Record any changes to fit, colour, stitches, artwork size or placement in writing; bulk work should follow the approved sample and specification.
Once specifications and order terms are agreed, the production plan can cover fabric preparation, cutting, assembly and the chosen decoration. The sequence depends on the garment and technique.
Discuss print, embroidery, labels, hang tags and packaging with your artwork and placement files. Methods and availability are confirmed per project.
Agree what will be checked against the approved sample: measurement tolerances, stitching and finishing, decoration placement, colour, quantities and packing labels.
If your business needs a particular inspection report or independent check, include that requirement before production.
Packing should suit the garment, freight route and your receiving process. You can request a discussion of individual folding, size stickers, hang tags, carton assortments, barcodes and retailer labels.
The written quotation should confirm packing materials, carton counts and any special handling or sustainability requirements.
Production and transport are separate stages. Confirm destination, proposed route, shipping method, transit estimate, freight charge, customs documents and responsibility for duties and taxes in writing.
Carrier choice and dates depend on the final order and destination. See Worldwide Shipping for the details to include in your enquiry.
